Mulletron™ Swimbait

Formed with a true-to-life ‘finger mullet’ profile, featuring authentic head and body silhouettes and organic gill plate, eye and fin details, 3.3- and 4-inch Mulletron swimbaits are sculpted to replicate the most edible and universal inshore preyfish in nature.

Breathing life and energy into the Mulletron’s swim signals, a rounded, wedge-shaped tail activates at a wide range of speeds, including the often critical and seductive slow roll. Z-Man pro and inshore Captain C.A. Richardson describes the bait’s action as a hypnotic pulse, equally capable of hitting the afterburners when an especially hot fish engages the hunt.

ZWG™ Swimbait Hook

Creating a next level softbait/hook connection, Z-Man’s new ZWG Weighted Swimbait Hook aligns, grips and holds ElaZtech and other conventional soft plastics, cast after cast. Completely customized and forged to spec, the ZWG hook eases softbait rigging, locking baits into place with specialized “keepers” fore and aft. For ballast and dead-on alignment, a slim-profile weight rides the hook shank. Weights such as “1/8” or “3/16” are clearly marked and stamped into the lead, offering easy identification for strategic hook selection.
