Z-Man operates Monday through Friday, and any order placed via the Z-Man website is typically shipped within 24 hours of the first business day following receipt of the order. Fulfillment time may be longer during peak season, which is typically around the holidays and in the Spring.
Orders placed via the Z-Man website to ship to a physical (residential or business) address are shipped via FedEx to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Transit time is typically 2 business days from our South Carolina warehouse, though shipping to West Coast or remote locations may take slightly longer.
Orders placed via the Z-Man website to ship to a P.O. Box are also shipped via FedEx using its SmartPost service, and final delivery is executed by the USPS. Therefore, orders shipped to P.O. Boxes may take longer to deliver, typically 4 to 5 business days.
Z-Man does not currently offer expedited order fulfillment or shipping. Z-Man accepts orders from and ships orders to customers in the lower 48 states, but does not ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico.
All orders under $75 are shipped at a flat rate shipping charge of $9.99 per order, except that shipping charges for fishing rods are a flat rate charge of $20 per rod. Orders over $75 qualify for free ground shipping to the contiguous United States, excluding fishing rods, which are subject to the $20 charge above.
Z-Man currently does not accept orders for shipment outside of the United States.
Z-Man currently does not offer local pickup for orders placed via its website.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
