Pre-fishing for the Walmart BFL tournament at Lake Seminole, Bainbridge, GA, I picked up some Watermelon red Zman Lizardz. I had great success and planned on using the lizardz on tournament day. The start of the tournament began with me fishing the Zman lizard and ended with the lizard as well, I wasnt giving up because I had a plethora of confidence in this bait. I managed to pull out a 4 bass limit for tournament with a 6.01 pound big fish that I hung 5 minutes before we had to head back to weigh in. Consequently, using Zman baits has gained me top finishes in the past tournaments I have fished including Bassmaster Weekend Series and Walmart BFL. I want to take the time to thank Zman Baits and what they have to offer for an up and coming angler like myself, keep it up guys and I am gonna try my best to get your name out there in my hometown and around Florida as I fish these major tournaments.
Just picked up some Z-Man Crawdadz and am completely impressed with every aspect of this product. It is the real deal. It has exceeded all possible expectations and has quickly become my most consistent producer where other craws have failed. Because it floats it is the most life-like and remains visible in submerged vegetation where most craws lay down. Most importantly, it provides the most bang for your buck! The durability is unbelievable. Just logged my 19th catch today on the very first craw I pulled out of the bag. And both claws and all legs are still intact! Purchased your Z Man Chunkz last week and used them jig fishing for the first time on Saturday. Great results. 3.0 lb, 5.5 lb, and this 9.25 lb. Thanks for making a great product.
Went fishing in the marsh for the first time with Bill in a while today. Last three fish caught were 5.5, 6, and 5.5! All were caught with a Z-man frog rigged with a 5/0 offset hook. It was cloudy, the temperature stayed around 85 with a nice breeze. ( Aug 11, 2009)
I would like to thank you for a bait that won me my first club tournament win. I purchased your all whites skirt chatter bait and tried it when I seen the were not to active, and then the 1st 3rd and 4th cast got me the fish I needed to win. People come to me and said they used one as well with no luck... the big question I asked "was it an ORIGINAL CHATTERBAIT or a knockoff?" Guess why they got skunked because they used a knockoff.
